Beneficiary FAQ

What is a beneficiary?

A beneficiary is a saved bank account or crypto wallet that can receive a payout.

What is the difference between Individual and Business?

Choose Individual for a person and Business for a company or legal entity.

Why can I not see a payment method?

The method may not be available for the selected currency, country, or payout route.

Why must the account-holder name be exact?

Banks may reject or delay payouts when the beneficiary name does not match the account records.

Can I add the same beneficiary more than once?

You should avoid duplicate records. Search existing beneficiaries before adding a new one.

How do I choose the correct crypto network?

Use the exact network supported by the destination wallet or exchange. Do not assume that networks with similar asset names are interchangeable.

What is a memo or destination tag?

It is an additional identifier used by some exchanges to route a deposit to the correct customer account.

Can I leave the memo field blank?

Yes, only when the destination does not require one.

Can a crypto payout be reversed?

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible after confirmation. Verify all destination details before sending.

Why can I not find a beneficiary?

Clear the search or filters, then search again by name, bank, network, wallet address, or email.

Security guidance
