Review timeline
Applications are typically reviewed within 24–48 business hours. Complex ownership structures, manual document checks, missing information, or additional compliance checks may take longer.

| Submitted | Ryno has received your application. |
| Under review | The Compliance team is reviewing it. |
| Action required | You must provide information or make a correction. |
| Approved | Your business has passed onboarding verification. |
| Rejected | Ryno could not approve the application. |
Respond to an information request
Open the request
Read the message and identify the affected section.
Update the application
Provide the requested information or replacement document.
Review your response
Confirm that it fully addresses the request.
Resubmit
Select the available resubmission action.

Notifications
Ryno may notify you through the Business Portal, your registered business email, or another approved contact channel.

Check the portal and your email for an outstanding request. Contact Support if no action is shown.
I cannot open the Action Required request
Refresh the page, sign in again, or try a supported browser.
I submitted the requested information but the status has not changed
Allow time for reassessment by the Compliance team.
Can I use the portal while the application is under review?
