Partner Onboarding

Partner registration and onboarding is handled through the RynoPay Partner Portal web application.

Registration process

1. Register -- Go to the RynoPay Partner Portal (Sandbox | Production) and complete the registration form with your business details.

2. Verify your email -- You will receive an email verification link. Click it to confirm your email address.

3. Compliance review -- Your application will be reviewed by the RynoPay compliance team as part of the onboarding process. This may include verification of your business identity and intended use of the API.

4. Activation -- Once compliance approves your onboarding, your account will be activated and you will be notified by email.

5. Get your Partner ID -- After activation, log in to the Partner Portal. Your Partner ID (a UUID) will be displayed on your dashboard.

You cannot proceed with API integration until your onboarding has been approved by compliance.

What happens next

Once your account is active, you can:

1. Generate your ECDSA key pair
2. Register your public key via the Partner Portal
3. Start making API calls

Account tiers

All new partners start on Tier 1. Your tier determines your API rate limits:

Tier	Requests per Minute
Tier 1 (default)	100
Tier 2	500
Tier 3	2,000
